Free Gift and Prize Draw for Zenrelia Success Stories Submission
Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion
a) This promotion is organised by Elanco UK AH Limited, with registered address at Form 2, Bartley Wood Business Park, Bartley Way, Hook, RG27 9XA, United Kingdom (“Elanco”).
b) The title of the promotion is the ‘Zenrelia Success Stories promotion’ (the “Promotion”).
2. Eligibility
a) This promotion is open to veterinary surgeons registered in the UK.
b) Employees of Elanco, their immediate families, and affiliates are not eligible.
3. Promotion Overview
a) The Promotion will run from [June xxx] 2026 (“Opening Date”) to 31st December 2026 (“Closing Date”) inclusive.
b) All entries must be received by Elanco by midnight on the day of the Closing Date after which any purported entry is automatically disqualified.
c) Participants who submit a qualifying case study by completing the ZSS 2026 entry form on Jotform, including before and after photographs, may:
- Receive a free gift (subject to approval); and
- Be entered into a prize draw to win a gift card.
4. No Purchase Necessary
a) No purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion or to enter the prize draw.
b) Submission of a qualifying case study with before and after photographs, in accordance with these terms, is the only requirement for entry.
5. Submission Requirements
To qualify, participants must:
a) Provide a genuine case study describing their experience with Elanco’s product Zenrelia™.
b) Submit clear, accurate before and after photographs demonstrating results.
c) Ensure all submitted content is original and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
6. Content Consent and Usage
a) By submitting a case study and photographs, participants have agreed to Elanco’s case study consent form available here.
7. Free Gift
a) Eligible participants whose submissions are approved will receive a free gift: Zenrelia tape dispenser, subject to availability and awarded on a first come first served entry basis.
b) No cash alternative will be offered.
c) Elanco reserves the right to substitute the gift with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
d) No additional compensation will be provided beyond the free gift and prize draw entry.
8. Prize Draw
a) Approved submissions will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win an Amazon gift card in the value of £50 (subject to terms and conditions www.amazon.co.uk/gc-legal).
b) The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
c) One draw will take place each month for the duration of the Promotion.
d) The winner will be notified by Elanco using the contact details provided.
e) If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Elanco reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
f) Only one entry per approved submission will be permitted unless otherwise stated.
g) Prize winners are responsible for any tax liability they may incur.
9. Approval Process
a) All submissions will be reviewed by Elanco.
b) Free gifts and prize draw entries will only be awarded for submissions that meet quality, authenticity, and compliance standards.
c) Elanco’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Delivery
a) Free gifts will be dispatched within [xxx] days of approval.
b) Elanco is not responsible for delivery delays or issues outside its reasonable control.
11. Data Protection
a) Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.

12. Misuse and Fraud
a) Elanco reserves the right to reject or disqualify any submission that is misleading, fraudulent, or does not comply with these terms.
b) Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the promotion will result in disqualification.
13. Liability
a) Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
b) Otherwise, Elanco is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance of the free gift or prize.
14. General
a) Elanco reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
b) These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
