The Parasight: Live from the PM Room Step inside the post-mortem room for an exclusive feature with expert Ben Strugnell, Technical Advisor Matt Colston, and farmer Cammy Wilson. This segment provides a unique look at the physical effects of parasites and disease through a real-life examination. By analysing real farm examples, the team will cover essential topics including resistance management and seasonal disease control.
Weston Farm: Collaboration and Data in Action We head to Weston Farm in South Molton to explore the real-life challenges of farming and the strategies used to overcome them. This piece highlights the power of a harmonious relationship between the Farmer, SQP, and Vet, demonstrating how a collaborative approach leads to better outcomes on farm. You will also see how the farm utilises data to analyse flock performance and achieve consistent, measurable results.
Weather Weirding: Navigating Seasonal Unpredictability As "Weather Weirding" creates new challenges for traditional prescribing, this session performs a deep dive into shifting weather patterns and their impact on parasite life cycles. We will explore how these changes affect the prevalence of parasites in the environment. This segment features a wide-ranging discussion with technical advisors, a forage and grassland management specialist, and two farmers from opposite ends of the UK to provide a comprehensive look at the impact of our changing climate.
Expert Q&A Session The hour will conclude with an interactive live Q&A session. This is your opportunity to engage directly with our panel of speakers, who will be on hand to share their expertise and provide tailored advice based on their diverse fields of experience in health and active farm management.
