When using according to label directions, there is no need to stop Zenrelia in dogs receiving vaccinations.

A published study¹ showed that Zenrelia was well tolerated and achieved adequate vaccine titres, even in dogs receiving 3X the label dose.
The Clinical Evidence
To address questions regarding immune response interference, Elanco conducted a study involving 68 healthy dogs.
- Methodology: Dogs were randomised into three groups: placebo, Zenrelia at label dose, and Zenrelia at 3X label dose. Treatments were administered daily for 56 days.
- Vaccination: On Day 28, dogs received core booster vaccinations (distemper, parvovirus, adenovirus-2) and a killed rabies vaccine.
- Outcome: Results demonstrated that Zenrelia was well tolerated and did not interfere with serological responses to booster vaccinations, even in the group given Zenrelia at a 3X overdose.

Read product leaflet for full instructions. For dogs from 12 months of age and 3 kg body weight. Safety has not been evaluated in breeding, pregnant or lactating dogs. Use with caution in combination with other systemic immunosuppressive agents. Not to be used in dogs with serious infections, evidence of immunosuppression or with malignant neoplasia. The most commonly reported side effects were vomiting/nausea and diarrhoea.
