Elanco Partners - Frequently Asked Questions
Elanco Partners is the rebate scheme between Elanco and our veterinary customers. Here is a list of FAQs about the scheme and how to request access to your rebate history.
Most customers who receive rebate payments directly from Elanco can access information about their rebates via the Elanco Partners section of the MyElanco website. However, access is only available once authorized by the business, and any request is carefully validated to protect your rebate information. To get access, first register here for a MyElanco profile, then get in touch either via email or by phone (01256 353131) to let us know you require access to Elanco Partners.

If you need to tell us about a change to your bank details, please contact your local territory business manager, or the Elanco Partners team, and request a 'change of bank details' form. Once completed you should return this form, either to your territory business manager,or the Elanco Partners team. You can contact the Elanco Partners team via email or by phone (01256 353131).
For all UK customers, rebate payments are made inclusive of 20% VAT. For ROI Customers, VAT is not included. Details are provided in your rebate reports; available to download from the Elanco Partners section of the MyElanco website.
Please contact the Elanco Partners team to let us know of any access permission changes that need to be made. Depending on the job role(s) you selected during registration, you can find product information in the product catalogue, access dispensing tools and download marketing materials for use in your business and with your clients. You can also access a range of quality CPD and training resources. Some content is restricted by regulation in the animal health industry so can only be accessed by certain job roles.
