Blast Worms for Prizes!
A large-scale study found anthelmintic resistance to be a challenge across sheep farms in Ireland, with less than expected efficacy in:
- 69% of samples when treated with Class 1 wormers1
- 48% of samples when treated with Class 2 wormers1
- 38%/16% of samples when treated with Class 3 Avermectins/Moxidectin1
Take effective worming to a whole new level with the worm blaster game! It’s mid – late summer and the lambs have accumulated a population of resistant worms over the grazing season.
Use the orange class 4 wormer as a mid - late season worming dose to blast the worms and grow your worming-savvy points. Be sure to avoid hitting the worming no-nos though, as blasting those will damage your precious score!
The leader board will reset every month, so check back in regularly and keep playing to see how you rank!

Orange Wormer
The orange wormer is the only product in the 4-AD anthelmintic class. There is evidence to show that the three older classes of wormers are less effective than expected1. The class 4 orange wormer kills all economically significant gut worms, even those resistant worms that other wormers have left behind. Integrating the class 4 orange wormer within worm control protocols can help slow the development of resistance to other classes2. Use every year in every flock and as a mid to late season break dose in lambs and for farm protection as a quarantine dose to effectively kill worms.
