Elanco seeks to ensure client satisfaction with the experience of administering Credelio for Cats. If for any reason Credelio isn’t the right treatment formulation for your client and their cat, then please contact your local Elanco Territory Business Manager to discuss our Stress-Free Guarantee. Subject to the eligibility requirements described below, Elanco will replace one monthly treatment of Credelio chewable tablets for cats.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Credelio Cat Stress-Free Guarantee claims can be requested by participating veterinary practices, who will have undertaken an educational discussion with their Elanco Territory Business Manager on Credelio Cat prior to using the guarantee.
- The Credelio Cat ‘Stress-Free Guarantee’ is available to cat owners who have purchased Credelio from a participating Veterinary Practice in the UK. Proof of prescription and purchase is required.
- Product must have been used according to label directions.
- The product must be used correctly according to package leaflet. This includes the use of the correct dose and correct administration.
- Claims are processed at the discretion of the Territory Business Manager where the treatment formulation is deemed to not suit the cat or owner.
The Credelio Cat Stress-Free Guarantee qualification is subject to eligibility requirements outlined herein. Elanco reserves the right to perform a complete review of information provided for any guarantee claims herein, with the ability to accept or deny in full or in part any claim in its sole discretion. Elanco reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time for any reason. Elanco’s decision is final.
